35 YEAR OLD MALE, WORKING WITH THREE CHILDREN; DESK JOB, SEATED FOR 10 HOURS A DAY; I WAS QUITE ACTIVE BEFORE AND RELATIVELY FIT; I LIKE SPORT AND DO IT ALL THE TIME, COMBINING RUNNING, SWIMMING, CYCLING AND GYM. I HAVE A RELATIVELY HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

1) What were your main goals when you decided to train with E-Fit?

WEIGHT LOSS AND BODY TONING

2) How did you find your trial session?

THE SESSION WAS MORE CHALLENGING THAN I EXPECTED AND THE OUTCOME WAS SURPRISING. MY MUSCLES WERE SORE FOR A FEW DAYS AFTER ALTHOUGH I HAD BEEN TRAINING FOR A TRIATHLON. IT WAS AN ALL AROUND WORKOUT GETTING TO EVERY PART OF THE BODY.

3) How did you feel the following days after the session?

MUSCLES STARTED ACHING ON DAY 1 AND DAY 2 AFTER THE E-Fit WORKOUT; MAINLY IT WAS THE ONES WHICH WERE UNDER-EXERCISED PREVIOUSLY

4) At what stage did you start noticing body changes?

PRETTY MUCH RIGHT AWAY AFTER THE TRIAL SESSION AND FIRST SESSION OF MY SHAPE REVOLUTION PACK

5) What changes did you notice during the first sessions?

I FELT STRONGER, MORE TONED AND AND MY MUSCLES WERE DEFINITELY BIGGER. THIS WAS KIND OF EXPECTED BUT ALSO MY SKIN FEELS MUCH BETTER WHICH I DID NOT EXPECT

6) Do you feel you achieved your goals after the 8 sessions in one month?

YES. I LOST WEIGHT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I GAINED MUSCLES SO MY BODOY LOOKS MORE TONED. AND AS SAID I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE POSITIVE CHANGES ON MY SKIN.

7) How did you find your 8 sessions? Challenging?

SOME SESSIONS WERE MORE DIFFICULT THAN OTHERS BUT IT WAS A GOOD COMBINATION. IT IS REALLY GOOD THAT SESSIONS ONLY TAKE 25 MINUTES AND THE E-Fit TRAINER COMES TO YOUR ADDRESS OF CHOICE (MY HOME IN MY CASE)

8) Would you recommend E-Fit workouts to your friends and family?

YES, I WOULD RECOMMEND IT ESPECIALLY IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER SPORTS

9) Have your friends/family noticed a difference since you trained with E-Fit?

YES

10) Will you continue training with E-Fit?

YES, AS I SAID IT IS PERFECT IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER SPORTS IN THE LONG TERM OR IF YOU WANT TO SEE QUICK RESULTS WITH LESS EFFORT (ie: ONE MONTH BEFORE YOUR BEACH HOLIDAYS OR ANY OTHER EVENT)
